OOTD: Cheapo hair!

I love hair extensions but I’d had the same set for stupidly long and as my hair has faded they now don’t match at all and they were a bit ratty and not the best quality! Then I went ombre and now my hair is a bit of a mess. Feeling a bit glum about my hair I dug out these extensions that I bought months ago from ebay. They aren’t real hair but they are “heat resistant” whatever that really means. I gave them a quick once over with my straightners and they survived with minimal singeing, they cost about £11 from an international seller.

I was going out anyway and I’m too lazy to bother sorting my real hair out so the hat was the perfect root cover up and helps to blend the extensions. I was going in to town to run some errands and catch up with one of my best friends. When I let the house I was all self concious about my hair but the longer I wore my extensions the more I loved them , although this may have had something to do with the vodka. By the end of the night I was gutted that they had to come out! I really want some good quality extentions now that match my hair, I've always found this hard as my hair is quite thick, any recommendations?

  1. I think these look pretty good, I'd love some hair extensions but don't think I'd wear them often so they'd have to be cheap xxx

  2. i have thick hair too, i just picked up two packs for £50 on ebay. they lasted me for a year before they got a bit ratty, but that gave me enough coverage. they were just a slightly different shade between the two too, so i could mix them together and they matched my hair better. x

    1. Thats pretty good for thick hair, it's good abut the shades I find it hard becasue my hair is dyed and it seems to fade quickly so the colour is always changing xx
