100 Day Challenge week 2

This week has not been quite as hard as last week but that is due to all the treats I've been getting.
I’ll explain, last Wednesday was my anniversary and I was spoilt rotten by my OH. On Friday I had to spend quite a lot of money on ink for my printer which did quite put me off spending for the weekend. Plus this week I’ve started to feel a lot better about my university assignments and a lovely afternoon with a great friend on Friday put me in a better mood for the weekend.
Also I’ve started saving my coppers and over the past few weeks I’ve manages to accumulate quite a lot of money. Instead of spending my change on impulse buys I’ve been saving that too. My grandma has even been giving my handfuls of coppers from around her house in exchange for doing chores. Okay so I feel about 8 years old again but who cares. I’ve even throw a few £1’s and 50ps in myself. I'm hoping have saved up quite alot by the end of the 100 days.
The low point of the week was yesterday. Yesterday was a particularly stressful day and I ended up having two hours to kill in Preston. Normally I would take this opportunity to distress with some shopping but obviously this wasn’t an option. I did pick up some hot chocolate and some teabags that I needed to buy for the house but that only took a few minutes so I had to spend the rest of the time sat on a bench in the drizzle seething about my stress levels. Turns out I’m very much dependent on shopping!

PS. I miss buying things in charity shops so much.

I'll finish with a quick outfit of the day from yesterday.

  4. well done, i was pleased to work out i was 14 days in today!!
also i bougth a bra last night in tesco sale, but i felt that was a necessity as i have dropped a few sizes recently and genuinely did not have anything which fits me.
ooh, and i have so many money boxes, received as presents etc over the years that i've started one for each kind of coin, and have made sure to empty my purse everytime i have any change - stops mindless spending!
